Dune Buggy Rentals Dubai Refund Terms:

Non-Refundable Items: Service charges, taxes, and certain time-specific coupons, events.
No Refund After Start: No refunds once a tour or service has started.
Same-Day Bookings: Non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refund Method: Processed through the original payment mode, within a maximum of 30 days.

Cancellation Policy for Non-Group Bookings:

96+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee.
72-96 Hours Notice: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: 100% cancellation fee.
Refund Processing: Within a maximum of 30 days.

Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings (4+ Pax):

7+ Days Notice: 50% cancellation fee.
5 Days or Less Notice: 100% cancellation fee.
Refund Processing: Within a maximum of 30 days.
